Testimonials

"When I took my 12 yr old son to see Tash, him and I were quite depressed.  He had been getting into trouble at school for 4 years. We changed schools twice but it was getting to the point where I had to work out what was going wrong. I knew I had an intelligent, healthy and very sporty boy who on paper should have been flying. Instead I had a depressed, angry unhappy son who teachers did not like. His behaviour was splitting the family.

I suspected ADHD but I had put off the process of seeing a psychiatrist for over 2 years. I did not want to XXXXX to have medication but I was running out of options. If XXXXX had to have medication, then I wanted to make sure he had the best possible diet to counter any effects.

From the moment we walked into her room, we both felt a sense of relief. Tash totally understood my son.  For the first time someone was telling him how amazing he was and what great things he was achieving. She explained that she was going to try and find out why he didn’t feel great and help him feel better so he could enjoy and excel at all the sport he loved doing.  We left our first meeting full of optimism that we were going to get to the bottom of things. We were also armed with some new ideas for meals and snacks that my son could manage himself at home and at school.

I was keen to get some tests done so we had scientific evidence of what was happening within his body. I had had an instinct about some food intolerances, and I was right – but I was surprised at how severe the intolerances were. Tash was able to put together a programme of nutritional supplements and we immediately cut out the things that he was intolerant to.  Within 2 weeks of following the programme his mood changed and he looked and felt better. He actually said that he thought his supplements were working better than the ADHD meds.

He has started his new senior school full of optimism and feeling fit and strong. Straight into the first teams for all sports. Of course, we have slipped a bit with our nutrition programme, but the foundations are there, and he knows what makes him feel good.  Since our initial meeting with Tash we have had follow ups and XXXXX has asked Tash for advice about maintaining energy levels in intense matches, something he has struggled with. This was a game changer.

We have both learnt so much from Tash and I would urge anyone struggling with their children, to go and see her!"

"I've been working with Tash for over three years to better stabilise both of my children's health and wellness and she has been an absolute dream, having uncovered a multitude of deficiencies and set to work on re-aligning them.

Having both a neuro-divergent son (now 11 yo) and neuro-typical son (nearly 9 yo), I first made contact with Tash when we had reached a point where we just could not cope. We were walking on egg shells around my eldest son (who, at the time was 8), which was impacting the whole family's happiness. XXXXXX behaviour was unstable with rage and outbursts, often brought on if we were planning to leave the house and he didn't want to, changing plans at the last minute, or if we were getting him to sit and eat a meal that he did not like the look of. His diet was limited (from birth) and he was struggling in school to keep up, had a short attention span and didn't find learning easy. He also had a limited variety of food that he would eat.

Tash held our hand throughout the entire process, put the children at ease instantly, and has always maintained a genuinely kind and natural way of breaking down any complicated explanations for ease of understanding. Her plans were always easy to stick to, and if we ever struggled with any of the supplements, she would always do her best to find an alternative option or solution as the children's willingness to engage in the plan was always her number one priority.

More importantly, Tash has always shown incredible empathy and understanding, offering some brilliant hacks and tricks to finding ways to get nutrients into their food that they would still want to eat.

Fast forward 3 years and he is a different child on the cusp of becoming a teenager.  He is a joy to be around, rarely has outbursts, is becoming more adventurous with his food and finishes his plate at almost every meal time. He has just started secondary school and is settling in really well, making friends and coping with big changes to his routine with a smile on his face.

Tash has been joyous to work with, I trust her advice implicitly and the results that Tash has generated (based on test results over the course of time) have been exceptional.

I couldn't recommend Tash and Nature Doc enough and in fact have recommended their services to many friends, and am also seeking support from the team to support my own health and wellness."

"Having Tash on our team whilst we navigate this autism journey with my son has been life changing.

Every time I finish a call with Tash I feel supported, positive and reassured with a solid plan in place for the next steps. And as any parents with neurodiverse kids will know, this feeling of control and optimism for the future is invaluable. It is without doubt Tash’s experience and extensive knowledge that enables this to happen.

I feel so lucky and grateful to have met Tash, I trust her implicitly with my son’s health and well being and we have seen such huge positive, happy changes in him in a relatively short space of time."

"From the second we stepped foot into Tash’s Consulting room we felt welcome.  Tash has a lovely warmth about her and is genuinely interested in you as well as your child, not once did we feel rushed or “not listened” to.

Tash is kind, caring and very relatable but equally professional and very knowledgable.

Within the first hour of our initial appointment with her,( after reading our child’s personal/medical history forms,) she was able to ascertain what the possible problem was, only to later receive various test results proving she was “spot on”!

We have witnessed our child go from an anxious, very dysregulated, wound up child whose appetite was almost non existent with stagnant growth and no energy/strength, (he had “failure to thrive”) to a beautifully content, happy, much more regulated child who is now growing and even says: “ I’m hungry”, words we have never heard!

He is playing alone contentedly ,( which he wasn’t) is stronger, much more energetic with his overall wellbeing being much improved.

Tash has really helped our son and improved all our lives as his problems affected us all.  It was so refreshing to find someone who was genuinely interested, knowledgeable and cared enough to help as it’s been a long road with no professional help!

Thank you Tash for all your help and kindness, professional experience and understanding with our personal circumstances this year.

I would never hesitate to recommend Tash and have already………"

"When I first met Tash, I was probably at my lowest point. I had just been diagnosed with ADHD at 42. I knew I wanted help with diet and nutrition, but didn’t really have a clue where to start, I only knew I needed someone to hold my hand through the process. That is exactly what Tash did, whilst reassuring me the treatment would help and I would feel better. Tash is so knowledgeable, patient and non-judgmental. She understood my struggles and worked slowly but thoroughly and within my capabilities. She put a care plan together and we worked through it step by step. At each stage I started to feel significantly better, which was a driving force to keep going. Tash has undoubtedly changed my life. So many of my symptoms have reduced, if not disappeared. Life is manageable and enjoyable, something I never thought I would say. She has educated me in so many ways and I will be forever grateful to her. I cannot recommend Tash enough."
